Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing goods on the website www.balticacustomhardware.com. By purchasing good from this website, you automatically consent to these Terms and Conditions.

Customer Information

All information supplied is only used to enable us to process your order more efficiently. Under no circumstances is it passed to a third party.

Hand-crafted Specifications

All the decorative hardware which we sell is hand-crafted by BALTICA master artisans and by the very nature of handmade work, there will be slight variations characteristic of bespoke hardware. We undertake a stringent quality control process and pride ourselves on quality. The images shown are true images. Please read the descriptions carefully about the products and size as from an image it is often difficult to appreciate sizing and scale.  The images do not represent scale and although a true picture, colouring will vary depending on screen resolution. If in doubt please contact us for more information.


We aim to provide your goods within in a reasonable time. Production time frames depend upon the design, quantity and finish ordered.  For products in a brass or bronze finish they will be sent out within 2 weeks, for a patina or plated finish please allow approx 3 weeks.  This is a guide and in some cases production times may differ, you will be notified if timescales will be longer.  We do take annual holidays but will let you know if this will affect your timescales. 


Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement. For overseas purchases we will not be liable for any import duties or taxes as this will be your responsibility.

We accept major credit and debit cards. Payments are made via a secure server.

Once we receive your payment, we will advise you via e-mail that the transaction has gone through.

If, for any reason, the amount payable for your order cannot be collected, your order will be cancelled.

Prices and Availability 

All prices on this website are up to date. Inevitably, prices and availability may change over time. 

International Shipping

We ship anywhere in the world and have excellent overseas rates. We offer several shipping options - including International Air Mail post, UPS International and Air cargo. Shipping rates differ based upon the shipping option selected.

Order process and conclusion of this contract

The order process via our online shop consists of several steps. First, you select the desired goods. Second, you must provide your customer data, including the billing address and delivery address (if different). Third, you must select the payment method. At the end, you can check all the information provided (e.g. name, address, payment method, ordered goods) and correct that information if necessary before placing your order with us by clicking on "Place Order" and thus confirming it.

By placing your order, you made a binding offer towards us to conclude a contract with you. We may accept this offer by sending you an order confirmation via e-mail or by delivering the ordered goods. A sales contract shall only be considered to be concluded after we have sent an order confirmation via e-mail or after the ordered goods have been delivered to your address. Our order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided by you.

If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order, we shall notify you by e-mail.

You must guarantee that all the information you provided to BALTICA in your enquiry or in your order is correct and complete. BALTICA shall not be obligated to accept orders but shall have the right, at any time and without giving reasons, to examine orders in advance and to reject them.

Return Policy

We are pleased to offer products that are custom-made and we encourage you to review your order carefully.  Because the products are hand-crafted to your specifications, once the manufacturing process has started, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned. Therefore, it is important that you are sure of your purchase decisions prior to finalizing your order.

Custom orders placed on our website may not be cancelled or changed once they have been placed. Payment in full is required at the time of order. All orders are FOB Vilnius, Lithuania and applicable shipping charges will apply. We do not accept exchanges or returns and do not issue refunds on custom purchases. We're happy to guide you through the selection process and to help you complete your order if you're at all unsure. Goods will be sent via courier and will require signature. For your protection, before accepting any shipment, examine it carefully. If there is evidence of damage or a shortage, insist that the delivering carrier make suitable notation to that effect on their documentation.

Any damages must be immediately reported to us and we will then discuss return or repair options. If you received the wrong product or it was damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service department.


BALTICA offers products hand-crafted in accordance with the highest standards of quality and excellence. All brass and bronze products are sandcast from the finest quality metals.

BALTICA stands behind all of our bespoke brass and bronze products with a lifetime guarantee on material and workmanship. BALTICA will repair or replace the defective product or parts that fall within these guidelines. When necessary, a proof of purchase dated within the warranty period may be required. The patina finish applied to our brass and bronze products is known as a “living finish” which means it will change with time, touch, climate, etc. Because each product will be exposed to a varying set of conditions, we do not warranty the finish of our products. Baltica finishes are unlacquered and will age gracefully over time.

BALTICA will not assume liability for any labor charges regarding the removal or reinstallation of the products; nor will we cover any freight, postage, or handling expense related to the product. Damages caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or improper installation are not covered by this warranty.
